Skydiving Over the Great Barrier Reef!

Updated: Apr 29, 2020

“On the other side of your maximum fear are all the best things in life.”

✈️ ✈️ ✈️

Almost three months ago today I jumped out of an airplane over the Great Barrier Reef at 15,000 ft.

Life is nothing without risks. When I saw the door of the plane go up and the first few people disappear into thin air I couldn’t believe I was really going to do it. But before I even realised what was happening my guide was edging us closer and closer out the door and then into the sky. After about 5 seconds of free fall there was this bliss like nothing else I’d ever experienced. Total peace. My favourite part of this video is how you can tell the exact moment that this experience went from terrifying to amazing for me.

5 minutes has literally never passed by so quickly in my entire life and as soon as we landed safely in the sand I wanted to go again.

Skydiving was the most unbelievable experience ever and a reminder that constantly challenging yourself and trying new things is the key to getting the most out of life.

I think I need to update my bucket list!
